Michelle Russell

Solution Manager

Michelle Russell is the Global Solution Manager, responsible for Leadership Systems at GE Healthcare Performance Solutions. Her career spans 25 years, during which she has designed and implemented leadership development and culture change programs with leading organizations across a global landscape.

American born and bred, and after a decade in Sydney, Australia, in 2008 Michelle moved to Paris, France, which she now calls home. Michelle is fluent in English (her mother tongue) and French, and works in both languages. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, having also completed a portion of her studies at l'École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) at the Université de Montréal, Canada. Michelle is on the Faculty of the Leadership Academy for the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK.
