Justin Holland is committed to making healthcare provider service delivery efficient, consistent and patient-centric.

As Managing Principal of Performance Solutions' Strategy & Leadership team at GE Healthcare, Justin leads a team of experts that advise healthcare providers on defining and activating strategy through process discipline and leadership development.

Justin has over 15 years of experience helping organizations align with customer and employee expectations in ways that accelerates performance and growth with particular emphasis on developing strategic solutions that reinforce whole systems of care.

Most recently, Justin was with the Cleveland Clinic where, as Vice President of Business Performance, he led a team that translated patient and family insights into clinical and service innovations. Other previous experience includes leading customer loyalty and performance advisory services for GE Healthcare Financial Services as its Senior Vice President.

Justin is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Managers Association (HFMA), he has spoken at numerous conferences and has been published in online and print media. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Ethics and Economics at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of the Experienced Information Management Program at GE and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Justin's sense of care equity was developed during his formative years when he lived in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. After spending 15 years in Washington D.C., Justin now lives in suburban Chicago with his wife and their four children. They enjoy skiing, biking, and traveling, often to Argentina, his wife's home country.
