Managing Principal, Clinical Operations

Jeff Terry is the Managing Principal, Clinical Operations, at GE Performance Solutions. Together with his team, he is responsible for collaborating with healthcare providers to help them deliver safer care to more patients. His team develops and delivers two solutions: Patient Care Capacity Management to enable safe and sustainable operations at optimal occupancy, and Patient Safety to pinpoint and mitigate the risks of harm. Jeff is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Jeff earned a BE in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt, an MBA from Marquette and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to joining GE, Terry served as an engineer Captain in the U.S. Army and taught English in Seoul.

Jeff's insights have been published widely including in Healthcare Executive, Healthcare Financial Management, HealthLeaders, Patient Safety & Quality Healthcare and National Public Radio.

Jeff is a native of Washington DC and lives near Dallas.
